Meet Mike and his son, Eric. Mike is the owner of Wisconsin Dairy Air Heating & Cooling based in Burlington, WI. With 30 years of experience in the field, Mike still loves what he does and approaches every project with the same level of commitment he did on day one.

Fantastic service with competitive pricing. I requested a service call via their website on a (January) Friday morning as my furnace was malfunctioning. Mike called me that afternoon. He was backed up with service calls but offered to come that same evening at 6pm, even though we were in mid snow storm. It was a challenging problem (faulty hi temp switch), but he figured it out and had my furnace up and running in about an hour. This type of service is rare in this day in age.

Even with the miscommunication the team at Dairy worked with me and my wife. 3 days later we had a new furnace with a smart thermostat installed. They showed up had a truck with everything needed and were done in one day. Can't say enough about how happy and grateful we are. We highly recommend the company!!!
